Our church is starting in the Nerima district of Tokyo, Oizumi-gakuen Station, an area known as the birthplace of anime! The world’s three busiest train stations—Ikebukuro, Shibuya and Shinjuku—are a short commute away, making Nerima popular for businesspeople looking for a convenient place for their families to live. Many bus routes feed into Oizumi-gakuen Station leading to an average of 84,000 people passing through each day. A church here has the opportunity to reach many in this country where fewer than 1% know Christ.
